You will have access to the entire property, except for the locked owner’s closet and linen cabinets.
You will receive a keycode prior to your arrival. The keycode is changed after every guest for safety and security.

☼ CITY REGULATIONS ☼
Age Requirement: The Guest booking the property must be 21 years or older.
Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours: 9 PM - 8 AM (Mon-Thurs) and 10 PM - 8 AM (Fri-Sat).
Parking: Car parking is limited to the garage, driveway, and street parking directly in front of the house. RV parking is also available.
Trash Disposal: All trash must be contained in the provided containers and kept out of public view.
☼ SECURITY CAMERAS ☼
Inside Cameras: There are no cameras or recording devices inside the property.
Exterior Cameras: The home is equipped with three exterior security cameras, including views of the front door, driveway, and side access gate.
☼ MAINTENANCE SERVICES ☼
Pool Cleaning: The pool is cleaned twice a week, typically on Monday and Thursday mornings.
Landscaping: Landscaping services are provided once a week, usually on Wednesday mornings.
Pest Control: The home is on a routine maintenance schedule for pests.
☼ POOL HEATING FEE ☼
Due to the substantial increase in gas prices and with the goal to keep accommodation costs lower, pool heating is offered as an additional fee. Please notify us 48 hours prior to check-in if you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay. Pool beating fee must be paid by this time.
Pool Heating: Available up to 83°F for $100/day (October - April).
Spa Heating is included as part of your stay.

We’re happy to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible! Please note that early check-in is subject to availability, as we need to ensure ample time for our cleaning team if another guest is checking out the same morning.
