Payments will be processed through our booking partner, Lodgify, and will be automatically transferred to your preferred method of payment (let us know whether you’d like to be paid through bank account, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, etc) following the guest's check-in. BacheloretteStays charges a 3% host booking fee deducted from the host payout, and a 10% guest booking fee charged as an extra line item to the guest in order to support our platform and grow our offerings!

No, listing your property is free. BacheloretteStays only earns revenue when we make you money, too - through guest and host booking fees when a guest books your property!

Yes! We have partnered up with Safely to offer rigorous guest screening and damage protection. Each stay is insured up to $10,000 at no cost to you for any damages incurred by guests, with no deductible. The process to make a claim is fast and can easily be done from your Lodgify portal or on our end - smaller claims usually take less than 24 hours to get approved.

Yes, you’re free to list on other booking platforms as well. Please note that it is, however, our policy that if a guest contacts you from BacheloretteStays, we generally prohibit hosts from redirecting guests away from the platform to alternative booking system.

Guests can submit a booking request directly on the BacheloretteStays platform. You will receive the booking request by email where you can then accept or decline the request.

With our Lodgify integration, we offer complimentary automatic availability, price and min and max stay synchronization (currently enabled for Airbnb) with no action required on your part. You can also enable two-way calendar integration - to do this, you will need to input your Airbnb’s (or other) Ical link into Lodgify and your Lodgify’s ical link into Airbnb (or other). Once both ical’s are set up, your calendars will automatically update with latest bookings two-ways.

Yes, we actively promote properties through social media, partnerships, and targeted campaigns aimed at group travelers and bachelorette groups. We’re working as hard as possible to get you bookings.

No, guests will need to submit a booking request. It will be up to the host to decide whether they want to accept/decline the booking request or ask for more information before making a decision.

We’re committed to fostering a safe and trustworthy community for both our hosts and guests, making every stay enjoyable and worry-free. We’ve partnered with Safely to offer rigorous guest screening. Safely’s guest screening process only requires your guest’s name, date of birth, and address to perform all the necessary background checks. Then, it scans county and court records, national and criminal databases, checks credit history and runs every guest through The List – a record of guests who have caused damage to vacation properties in the past. As an added layer of security, we only allow booking requests, to give hosts 100% control over which guests they accept or decline. We highly recommend that hosts ask guests to provide a valid government-issued ID during the booking process and do any additional vetting they may want before accepting the booking request. Additionally once accepted, all bookings require a verified payment method to ensure the guest’s ability to pay.

As a host, you have the ability to cancel a booking on behalf of the guest in the Lodgify portal. In the reservation, you may choose to cancel the booking on behalf of the guest, in which case the reservation refunds will follow the cancellation policy, or you may choose to cancel the booking on behalf of yourself, in which case a full refund will be issued to the guest. Please see our terms for more details.

Our guests choose BacheloretteStays because we are reliable. However, we do understand that unforeseen circumstances may mean that hosts need to cancel bookings. If this happens, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at hello@bachelorettestays.com so we can let our guests know. A cancellation penalty will apply (unless it falls under an excepted situation, see terms).

We will charge taxes to the guest as a separate line item during booking. The estimated taxes have already been set and assigned to your listing. The collected taxes will be sent to you as part of your payout. Each host is responsible for remitting taxes and verifying accuracy of tax information on their listing.

In case of major disruptive events, such as but not limited to fire, earthquake, government mandates and other events as defined by us, we will work with you and the guest to prevent any cancellation penalties that may otherwise apply.

We only allow booking requests at this time. You can submit a booking request directly on the BacheloretteStays platform for the property you are interested in and the host will review and respond to your booking request. They may ask for forms of ID to verify identification.
