The highlight of your stay? The large, newly renovated heated pool nestled under a spacious lanai. The lanai provides the perfect space for al fresco dining, lounging, or simply soaking in the serene views of the canal.
Waterfront:
This canal-front wonderland has stunning views, with 2 new kayaks and fishing poles to enjoy off the large dock. You'll find that the expansive backyard provides ample space for relaxation or have fun with mini golf (3 hole putting green!!), and many outdoor games including corn hole, a life size connect 4, Jenga and more .
Living Room:
As you step into Coral Cabana, you'll be welcomed by a cozy coastal-themed living room. Relax and enjoy your favorite shows on the 65” TV available for your entertainment, as well as games and books.
Dining Areas:
Coral Cabana offers multiple delightful dining spaces. Adjacent to the charming coffee bar, the spacious high-ceiling dining room features a 6 person dining table with 2 counter stools. On the other side of the kitchen, a coastal-inspired breakfast nook awaits, both with direct access through expansive sliding glass doors. Step outside to discover another dining table, perfect for poolside drinks and meals.
Kitchen:
The well-equipped kitchen ensures a perfect family meal experience. Brand new appliances, pots, pans, a toaster, a blender, and all the essentials make you feel right at home.

Primary Bedroom:
Renovated in August 2023, the primary bedroom is your serene master retreat. Experience coastal vibes in this spacious haven with a large walk-in closet and a beautifully designed new shower. Unwind in the king size bed, watch the 50” TV, and enjoy direct access to the pool through sliding glass doors.
Bedroom 2:
This room offers a queen size bed, a walk-in closet, and convenient access to the second bathroom.
Bedroom 3:
Ideal for families, this room features two bunk beds and a large walk-in closet filled with toys, books, and even a pack and play, highchair, sound machine and monitors for the little ones.
Garage:
We are happy to provide guests with all your beach needs. Including: beach chairs, umbrella for shade and cooler, all found in the garage. Find pool toys, child swimmies and outdoor lawn games as well! 2 adult bikes and 2 children bikes to ride around this quiet neighborhood. The laundry is also located in the garage with all amenities needed if you need to run a load.

Tucked away at the end of a peaceful dead-end street, you'll enjoy the seclusion that this property offers. Convenience is just around the corner too!! A central location within minutes from grocery stores, shops, explore golf courses, or savor the flavors of local restaurants. Driving distance to many beach options including Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel or stay local at the small Cape Coral Yatch Club Beach. Downtown Cape Coral and downtown Fort Myers are equally within a short drive too!

POOL:
The heated pool is set to a warm and comfortable 85 degrees and included in your stay between November - Mid May. Optional: If you’d like to increase the pool heat, please let us know and an additional charge will be added to your stay of $35 per day at checkin.

Long term stays of 28 or more days will require a rental agreement to be signed.
