The backyard features a pebble pool & spa, an outdoor dining area, a gas grill, fire pit, and lounge space. Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Hot tub heating is included with any reservation.
The fully equipped kitchen offers silverware, tableware, and appliances such as an oven, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and blender. All you need to do is bring your groceries :)
The 5 bedrooms feature 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bunk beds (twin XL over queen), a sleeper sofa, and 2 air mattresses. There is an additional $50/night fee for each guest after the 10th guest.
We offer driveway and street parking only. Max. 6 cars are allowed per reservation.
Other things to note
There are 2 security cameras in the property:1 located in the backyard pointing out to the backyard, 1 located in the front yard pointing out to the front of the house. All of them are recording 24/7 for security purposes. There is one noise monitor and it is installed in the backyard and is required by City of Desert Hot Springs.
Please note that no outdoor music is allowed after 7 pm. No loud parties, live music, music amplifiers, loudspeakers, DJ or karaoke is allowed outside.
Spa heating is included with your booking (Set on a 3 hour timer and will turn off automatically).
There is an additional $150/day charge for pool heating*. You can request pool heating anytime - before or during your stay. Please note it takes at least 24 hours to heat the pool. If requested on time the pool will be heated to 88 degrees upon your arrival. We have 2 day min. requirement for pool heating.
* During the warmer season (April-October) pool heating is available for $95/day.
Early check-in or late check-out is possible upon request for an additional $30/ per hour and is subject to our approval.
We welcome your furry friends! Our home is PET-friendly, but we kindly ask that you clean up after them and be mindful of furniture and flooring. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1000 fee will apply for any smoking violations.
Strictly no decorations, No tapes, No pins, on walls that has wallpapers on it, or the wall with the flower backdrop. You are welcome to decorate the other walls, and you would need to take down your decorations.
Please note that we don't have access to the mailbox.
Also note, that you are strictly prohibited from touching or making any adjustments to the pool equipment. Any damage to the heater resulting from tampering will require replacement at your expense. Your compliance ensures the safety and efficient operation of our pool facilities.
For safety reasons we ask our guests to send a copy of their Government-issued ID and sign our property’s rental agreement before their check-in.
Assumption of Risk:
By accepting this rental, you are agreeing to be responsible for supervising and assuring safe use of pool and spa for your guests. You are releasing owner for any liability of claims and agree to hold owner harmless from any damages (personal injury or otherwise) to you, your guests or any third party.
You recognize and understand that a Swimming Pool and Spa involve certain risks. Those risks include, but are not limited to, the risk of injury resulting from possible malfunction of the equipment used in the pool and injuries resulting from tripping or falling over obstacles in the pool area.
