The space
Sleeps 11! A Historic Mediterranean home in Old Northwood which includes a one bedroom / one bath guest cottage with a sleeper sofa in living room and a separate studio with kitchenette and one bath! Newly renovated, this three bed / three bath home has a spacious interior and luscious landscaping with salt water pool and fountain. Three upstairs bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom with whirlpool bathtub), two with shared bathroom with walk in shower along with a full pool bathroom with walk in shower downstairs. Large dining room, kitchen living room, laundry room, breakfast nook and screened in Front Florida porch with original pecky cypress ceiling and mosaic floor. One bedroom / one bath detached Guest Cottage is located in the back of the property with fully equipped kitchen / washer dryer and sleeper sofa in living room. There is also a separate studio guest cottage with a kitchenette, full bathroom and a king sized 4-poster bed. Within walking distance of downtown Northwood restaurants and coffee shops, Waterfront Walking and bike path and just a five minute drive to the beach. Easy to work from home with fiber optic WiFi and 4 dedicated working desks!

Guest access
Our guests will have full access to the driveway, house, front porch/yard and backyard garden terrace. The rental includes a detached cottages (Villa Hibiscus Cottage). If you need additional space there is an optional Studio rental (Villa Jasmine) which can he added to the booking.
Security
Private gated property with a 4 pin access code which will be provided to guests in advance.
BBQ Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk and you must assume liability. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Propane tank must be turned off after use. Guests be charged an additional cleanup fee if the grill is not cleaned.
Pets
Well behaved small pets are welcome for an additional fee which must be paid in advance. Contact hostess to learn more. Guests must clean up after your pet and they cannot go swimming in the pool. Wet dogs are not allowed inside the property - you may be subject to additional cleaning fees and are responsible for any damage to the property.
Bike rentals
Townie bikes and locks are available for a daily rental fee. Contact the hostess to learn more.
Photo shoots and special events
The Pink Palm can accommodate special events or photoshoots as an experience. Contact the hostess to learn more.

**Property and backyard pool area are not childproof. Parents must watch children at all times and assume liability!**
POOL- the house walk out directly to the backyard pool deck. There is not a child safety gate or net around the pool- children are to be supervised at all times and not left unattended in the backyard.
PLEASE NO SMOKING
***No glass dishes allowed in the backyard for safety seasons. There are plastic plates and cups provided for outdoor dining and drinking***

There is an owner’s studio apartment located in the back of the property, adjacent to the cottage. This can be rented along with the house and cottage for an additional cost depending on the length of the stay. Please contact the hostess if you are interested in adding this additional rental property to the reservation. **Please note, the backyard and pool area will be shared with the studio when occupied by the owner/property manger.
