The backyard is shared between this property and another property in the building. If you need exclusive access, just ask us to reserve the patio and we would be more than happy to handle that for you. There is no fee for this amenity. Other things to note O'Hare Airport is just a 20 minute commute. The Milwaukee/Damen/North Blue Line train is a 1 block walk away from the unit making your commute an absolute breeze. The property is located in the heart of bustling Wicker Park and walking distance to public transportation. There will be city & train noise, and we provide sound machines and earplugs for your comfort. We may have two parking spots available for you onsite for an additional fee. If you are interested in this option, please let us know to reserve for you as it is based on a first come first serve basis. This is a Penthouse property on the top floor of a three story walkup with stairs. There is no elevator. If you would like to book our "Arrival Service," it includes muscles and cocktails to help bring your bags and goodies for your stay up to the top. Just ask for this fun added service. A. Direct bookings. For reservations made via BANGTEL, you may cancel up to 45 days before your stay for a refund. Refunds are paid in full less a 4% processing fee.

Reservations are eligible for cancellations up to 45 days before your stay for a refund. Refunds are paid in full less a 4% processing fee. If a cancellation is made within 45 days of your reservation date, a BANGTEL travel credit for the full value of the booking will be issued. Credit is valid for one year from the issue date and can only be used once for one reservation. Stays booked with a BANGTEL travel credit are not eligible for a refund or reissue of travel credit if the rescheduled reservation is canceled.
